Arrivals & Departures
I have booked accommodation
Keys are handed over from 4pm, and departures between 8am and 10am.
Check-in at reception starts at 2 pm. You can take advantage of our various areas and services while you wait for your rental to become available.
On arrival, you will be asked to pay a security deposit of 300€ (credit card imprint).
I have booked a campsite
Arrival from 2 pm, departure before 11.30 am
How late can I get there?
Reception is open until 8pm throughout the season.
If you arrive after 8pm, please contact us by telephone. We’ll give you all the details you need to hand over the keys or locate your pitch.
My accommodation / my pitch
Are sheets and blankets included in the rental price?
All our rentals are equipped with pillows, blankets and disposable undersheets.
You’ll need to bring your own sheets and towels, or reserve them for a supplement (sheet kit: 11€/bed, 2-towel kit 1 large + 1 small + 1 bath mat: 10€).
With the exception of the pavilion apartment and the park suite, bed linen and towels are included.
Do all rentals have heating?
All our rentals are equipped with electric heating in the living room, bedrooms and bathroom.
Can I rent a refrigerator?
A fridge is available for hire, subject to availability, and must be booked in advance. 5 euros per night.

Are pets allowed?
One pet per camping pitch is accepted at no extra charge.
One pet per rental accepted at extra charge (€5/day)
They must be kept on a leash, and it is forbidden to leave them alone in the rentals.
Vaccination records must be up to date.
1st and 2nd category dogs are prohibited
Are shorts and boxer shorts allowed in the pool?
Swimwear is recommended in swimming pools.
Are barbecues allowed? If so, what type? Gas, electric, coal?
Yes, charcoal or gas barbecue, not electric.
Charcoal barbecue included in Cottages, Apartments and Gîtes only (charcoal not included).
Charcoal barbecues available for hire (charcoal not included) – (€5 per day).
Is there internet or wifi access at the campsite?
Free WiFi access is available throughout the campsite.
Are minors allowed?
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
Are you VACAF approved?
No, we are not VACAF approved.
Do you accept ANCV vacation vouchers?

How do I book a stay?
By Internet: Choose your accommodation and dates of stay, then make the secure payment of the deposit by credit card, bank cheque or ANCV cheque.
By phone 02.47.58.53.71, don’t forget to bring your credit card, a deposit will be required.
When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?
It must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of arrival, and is not deducted automatically.
If you have booked online, you will receive an email inviting you to pay the balance online.
If you have not booked online, you will need to send us a cheque or give us your credit card number by telephone.

How far is the nearest town?
The campsite is located in :
- 10 kms from Sainte-Maure de Touraine, 6 kms from Ile Bouchard where you will find cash dispensers, banks, supermarkets, petrol station, pharmacy, doctors, garages, etc…
- The campsite is 8 kms from the A10 freeway exit, a 10-minute drive.
